PREVNet’s Organizational Structure is currently comprised of a Board of Directors, two Scientific Co-Directors, an Executive Team, a Partnerships Director, a Network Manager, and an Administrative Coordinator.

PREVNet has established a
Board of Directors comprising 10 members with the highest credentials from a broad range of corporate and not-for-profit endeavours. The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and management of the Network.

The Scientific Co-Directors, Drs. Wendy Craig and Debra Pepler are responsible for the overall direction and leadership of PREVNet.

The
Executive Team is involved in setting the strategic objective, guiding the research agenda, and contributing to knowledge development and mobilization.

The Partnerships Director, Dr. Joanne Cummings, is responsible for collaborating with PREVNet's partners in the development of education, assessment, intervention and policy tools.

The Network Manager, Kelly Petrunka, is responsible for project management in areas such as administration and operations, knowledge dissemination, budget and reporting, grant applications, and a variety of other initiatives.

The Administrative Coordinator, Stacey Garwood, is responsible for day to day administrative tasks, office reception and providing support in the coordination of PREVNet events and activities.
